Gene Muzyka founded ARM in February 1995 with a clear vision to deliver enterprise technology experience to the small and medium size business sector. Before starting ARM, Mr. Muzyka held senior management positions in information technology, business development and emerging technologies at Digital Equipment Corporation. Prior to joining Digital, Muzyka served as Division Manager at Advanced Systems Associates a technology and management consulting firm.

During the early stages of his career Mr. Muzyka worked for ITT Data Services a division if International Telephone and Telegraph and LTV Aerospace who provided Management Information Services to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Electronic Research Center and the U.S. Department of Transportation.
